Who is Aduke Gold? Aduke Gold whose real name is Ajayi Aduke Morounkola is a Nigerian Gospel singer was born in Ilesha Osun State, and raised in Ogba and Badagry areas of Lagos, she was from a polygamous family.
She was the 11th child of her late parents, Mr and Mrs Ajayi. Aduke Gold rose to stardom after her live performance at the first remembrance of the late gospel artiste, Baba Ara.
Professionally, she started music in 2004. One of her famous track “Nitori Ogo” which she released in 2021 also brought her into limelight.
The news of her death was shared on Monday by fellow gospel artiste Esther Igbeke on social media, who posted a tribute with aduke gold’s picture and the caption: “A general has fallen. RIP.”
Aduke Gold’s death comes few months after prominent gospel singer, Egbin Orun, who died on April 28, 2024.
