The popular actress who has featured in a number of soap operas as Isidingo and Scandal, was nabbed on Sunday, September 27 from an Abu Dhabi flight as she made to smuggle ephedrine into the country.
The substance weighing 15.4kg and valued at over R4 million was found in her luggage by officials during a routine check at the airport.
The 29-year old appeared at the Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, September 29 but her hearing has been moved to October 7, and according to the report, she will remain in custody of the authorities till the next hearing.
