Chetanna had successfully premiered in Virginia and Houston, America which makes it the first Igbo film to be premiered in US. According to The Publisher; The Canadians love African Cultures, they watch Nigerian Movies and they know that Nigerians are doing very well in Movie industry.
According to The Publisher of Oases News; Michael Kehinde Abiodun , "as an International Languauge instructor in Yoruba in Toronto, we teach our children Yoruba art and material culture by examining them within the context of the civilisation's cultural norms and values so we need this movie in Toronto".
