Why a man's right testicle is hanging and exposed

A Gudu Upper Area Court in the FCT on Friday said it would sentence Abdullahi Rabiu, on March 3 for allegedly assaulting the male organ of his neighbour, Musa Usman.
The judge, Umar Kagarko, remanded Rabiu after he pleaded guilty of pulling out his neighbour’s male organ in prison custody till March 3.

Kagarko said this was to await the outcome of the medical report on Usman, the man he allegedly assaulted.

Rabiu was arraigned on a three-count charge of criminal force and assault without provocation, causing grievous hurt without provocation and criminal intimidation.

The Prosecutor, Mr Augustine Urom of FCT Command, Abuja, told the court that Usman reported the matter at Garki Police Station on Feb.17.

Urom said that on Feb. 15, at Gimbiya Street, Area II, Garki, where the complainant and the convict both reside, Rabiu threatened to kill Usman because of a little misunderstanding.
“On Feb.17, at about 1 p.m., while the complainant was asleep, the convict went to his place and physically assaulted him.

“In the process, he intentionally grabbed Usman’s penis with his hands, pulling it out,’’ Urom said.

The prosecutor said that as a result of that serious injuries were afflicted on Usman’s scrotal skin.

“Usman’s hanging right testicle was exposed. It was Rabiu’s intention to completely pull it out before nearby neighbours came to the rescue,’’ he said.

“The victim, who by then, was in a bad state, had to be rushed to the police hospital for treatment.

Urom said that due to the severity of the situation, Usman was transferred to National hospital, Abuja, for surgery.

“Nobody can determine the outcome of the surgery,” he added.
During police investigation the convict admitted the crime.

He said the offence contravened Sections 265, 247 and 397(b) of the Penal Code.
