Total Quality Work Etiquette for Support Workers in Diaspora - Free webinar

Many support workers are encountering unexpected challenges in their roles due to work culture shock. Enhance your skills with our diverse training programs designed for professional excellence and refine your job etiquette which is essential for job retention and advancement in today’s competitive environment.

3C Autism and Mental Health Support Services invites you to a free webinar on Total Quality Work Etiquette in Group Homes. While group homes operate under a Policy and Procedures Manual, it's crucial to understand the unwritten rules of etiquette that play a significant role in effective operations. Our slogan "Capable, Credible, and Creative Supports" captures this essential balance.

This webinar will explore critical issues impacting immigrants and newcomers working in group homes and related social services across Canada. It will specifically address the influence of habits carried over from home countries, often leading to work ethic culture shock, and the challenges newcomers face, including self-esteem issues and navigating community resources.

3C Autism & Mental Health Support Services is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
