Just mention, Abike Jagaban to anyone and you will be told she is the popular London babe who runs a popular group on social media. Though everyone calls her Abike Jagaban, we can tell you her real name is Tolulope Adeoye. She is an Ijebu babe, from the Olowogaba family in Ijebu-Ode.

But she lives in London with her family. She is a Super Model also. Because of her pencil slim physique, a lot of companies want her to advertise their beauty products. They know that anything she advertises sells like hot cake.

She became a blogger a few years ago when another blogger Tokunbo Esther Aboderin, fondly called ESABOD bullied her, hurling at her allegations of things she didn’t do. That was what made her start her group which champions the No To Cyber Bullying On Social Media campaign.They have launched a crusade to fight against Cyber bullying on social media. She is like the defender of all those who get attacked on-line. She takes on all those who bully others. She talks back at them. She looks at them in the eye and replies them word for word. She comes online everyday to fight them. Her number one target is Esabod. Esabod is older than Abike. Esabod is based in Dublin.

Abike Jagaban is the CEO of No Cyber Bully On Social Media. Her fan base is huge. She has over 100,000 followers on Facebook and over 10,000 active members. More and more people are joining. To join, all you have to do is to search her out on Facebook with Abike Jagaban Show, then like and follow the page.

Some call her Yeye Oge Abike Jagaban, others call her the Oluomo Soroso Gbogbo Ile Yoruba in the UK. Others call her the Queen of Cyber. She presents her Abike Jagaban show on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The show is a reality show on Facebook where they show their weekly activities and progress of the team.

Not many will forget her recent faceoff with Esabod and her group members. They abused her online and called her names.
They threatened to get her arrested if she dared visit Nigeria. They threatened to get the Immigration to arrest her. Of course, she dared them and came. She has been in Nigeria now for a while.

Last week Wednesday, Abike Jagaban spoke to City People Publisher, SEYE KEHINDE for close to one hour on why she is at war with the woman called Esabod who lives in Dublin and who from her base hurls so many unprintable hate speeches at Abike Jagaban who has also been hitting back at her, calling Esabod, a frustrated old woman. Tokunbo Esther Aboderin is a blogger and Publisher of ESABOD Global News. She is from Ibadan. She is a graduate of Yejide Girla Grammar School in Ibadan and Dublin Business School, Ireland. She is controversial because of the way she takes on all the big names in society. She is from the Aboderin familyin Ibadan. Below is what Abike told City People. She spoke extensively.

You are a popular Blogger. How did you become this big?

Abike Jagaban became big on Social Media when I started with this No Cyber Bullying on Social Media campaign. We are out to stop people from being bullied and traumatized and defamed. So, I decided to come out to defend the victims because I was once a victim as well, of some group on social media. That was what brought me to limelight anyway in 2015.

How has it been since then?
It hasn’t been easy. Its been really tough and challenging. We are still on it. We would get there. So far so good. We are dealing with it.

When you say you’ve been a victim, tell us how. Can you elaborate more?

Yes. I have been a victim. I once had a disagreement with this my friend. We had to exchange words on social media. We actually used the Whatsapp to exchange words. And then this particular group of bully then feasted on some of the things I said back to my friend. Then, they made me a victim, and they started bullying me, throwing stuff back at me, because I fought Jibike Thani Olaribigbe (my friend that I had a disagreement with). We had to exchange words on Whatsapp.

After that, this group of people, led by a woman called Tokunbo Ester Aboderin, alias Esabod who resides in Ireland, came after me, bullying me, trying to silence me, not to talk back. Suddenly, she started writing bad things about me, appalling things about me, things that never happened in my life. She said my mum was bullying some people in London, some people in America. In the first place, I don’t have a Mama. My mama has been late. Since 2010. So, I was wondering why somebody will lie so much like this, that it was my mum that was talking on my behalf.

So, I had to approach her. I had to ask her: what’s happening? I don’t know you. Why are you mentioning me. Why are you mentioning my mum? I don’t have a mum.

Then she began to blackmail me. She said she won’t stop harassing me. She actually sent a message to my Inbox. I have it intact. She said she will continue to tell the whole world that I have done something silly to my friend. What happened between us is private. We are both friends, I see no reason why anybody should take that as personal. I told her to stop. She refused to stop.

That was what led me to set up this group called “No Cyber Bullying On Social Media” Just to fight these bullies. Its high time we put an end to all these ongoing nonsense, bullying on social media. I later realized that it wasn’t me alone she was doing it to. She actually has some victims in the past that she has been bullying. She is well known for bullying. I am talking of Tokunbo Ester Aboderin.

She’s got a history of bullying innocent people, which has even led some to committing suicide. I met a lady who once attempted suicide herself. She went suicidal because of what this woman did to her some 6 years ago. There is freedom of speech, freedom of expression, for all of us, I see no reason why anyone should drop lines for us on social media. Its my own cyber space, so no one should limit me on what I do as long as I respect the regulation on social media. But then she decided to over do it so we decided to take up this cause by setting up No Cyber Bulling Thing. So far, so good. We are getting there because it has been reduced. It has been drastically reduced. But we are not there yet. We are not where we intend to be yet.

Is it true you had a disagreement with her recently in London?
We’ve always had disagreements. It’s not a recent thing. She has always been constantly on my case because I head the No Cyber Bullying team. I have my crew members that I encourage. I give voice to them. I build their confidence. They are as many as 10,000. I have got over 100,000 followers. We have some of her victims on our list. We’ve got more than 20 to 50 people that she has been bullying. She does not limit it to adults alone. We have some up and coming generation, youngsters that she bullies. Minors.

For example, there are these 2 ladies. They are my friends children. They are both nurses in the UK, young nurses like that. One is 21. The other one is 24. She went ahead labeling those 2 wonderful young ladies as prostitutes. These are young nurses in the heath sector. We are proud of them. They have achieved a lot professionally at 21. Becoming a nurse in the UK is not one or 2 year course.

This woman went after their mother, Nurse Helen Gbemi Ogundimu when she didn’t succeed bullying her, she went after her children defaming them, calling them all sorts of names, libeling them. She did everything to kill their morale, its called domestic abuse. Its domestic violence, abusing them verbally, killing them verbally. This is not right. That is why I have gone ahead to build a formidable team of young people in my team. They are all saying No To Cyber Bullying with me.

What was your recent disagreement with her about?

My recent disagreement started before I came to Nigeria. I told everyone I was coming down to run my Charity Organisation. I have an NGO I run here in Nigeria. It provides for the needy. When she heard that I was coming to Nigeria she encouraged her group to keep calling me drug trafficker, that I traffic children, that I traffic drugs. She also encouraged them to call the home office, that I am illegal, they should not let me come back into the country. So, I don’t see why my coming back to Nigeria should be a problem for her. Why does she like pulling people down?. Why does she like bullying people?

Her latest victim now is Mummy Bisket. She has picked on her. Mummy Bisket Golden is my aunt. She is like a mother to me. We are both from Ijebu-Ode. What is Mummy Bisket’s offence? I went to her shop and she was happy enough to take a picture with me and she posted it. Esabod practically went after her because of that. She started calling her names saying I am into drugs with Mummy Bisket. She said it was Mummy Bisket that used to give me drugs to carry, that Mummy Bisket used to encourage me to traffic human beings.

Let me tell this woman that she is sick because I have never been caught at the airport, I have never been seen with children. I have never traveled with children before not to talk about traveling with my own children. I don’t have any problem with immigration or custom or police before.

Did you hear that whilst we were in London I went to arrest her at a party with Police? The Police saw me there and they saw her there, I was not arrested. We were only asked to leave the scene that they will deal with her because she has series of pending cases. They said it was a good opportunity that we called in the police because they have been looking for her in the U.K.

They had actually sent her a warning notice not to come into UK for a while and she sneaked into the UK. She has sneaked in through the back door, Belfast, before. So, when I saw her there, I decided to call the Police. I said you guys say you don’t know where she is. She is here, come and arrest her. We know where she is at the moment and the Police came. They asked her to leave the country.

She left on the 2nd or 3rd day.

That was the disagreement we had in London before I came here.
She then saw me with Mummy Bisket. She said Mummy Bisket has been encouraging me to traffic drug and doing human trafficking. She defamed Mummy Bisket. She did a big show to defame Mummy Bisket character. She called her all sorts of names that she has a big idol she is worshipping, that she’s not a Christian. She labeled her a ritualist. That is a lie.
That is not right. That is what she does to people. When she cannot bring you down, she gives you all sorts of names. She fabricates stories about you. She defames your character. She says she knows Mummy Bisket. It’s a lie Mummy Bisket does not know her.

They’ve never met. She says Mummy Bisket had attempted to use her as a drug trafficker before. It’s a lie. She said Mummy Bisket invited her down to the shop. She said it was because she said she couldn’t do that successfully, that’s why she called me Abike Jagaban to come and start trafficking drugs. That’s is big lie.

I have never had any drug trafficking case. I have got clean history abroad. I have never been stopped by the Police or Customs. I have never gone to prison before.

I have nothing to hide. Why this old woman labeled me with drug trafficking I don’t know. We are calling on the authorities to stop this woman from bullying people on social media.

This same woman has labeled and defamed Gov. Isiaka Ajimobi before. She called him all sorts of name. She constantly bullied Gov Ayo Fayose. She called him a ritualist. She called him a thief and all sorts. Someone needs to call this woman to order. She is denting our image abroad. Its high time she faces the law.

In my group, we have been able to win the hearts of some of her people to our side. Some of them are now seeing things the right way and they have actually decamped to follow us. Many of her people have apologized and joined us. These are people like Kwame and Soji. They have come out to apologise for bulling me before. Many of her people have decamped to my own camp. We have opened their eyes to see what we are saying.

There are so many of these bullies online who bully other women. Some of them have been exposing her fellow women’s nudity, nakedness online, on Snap chat. They charge other woman to watch the nudity of other women. She releases nude pictures. I see this as nothing but bullying. They threaten themselves. It has gotten to a stage where they go to each others house to hit each other. They go to vandalise properties of each other.

They usually ignore all the laws of the countries where they reside. They hit people. They destroy homes, properties. Can you imagine. This woman, Esabod is always out to defame me, to destroy me. Simply because she knows I am against her bullying people on social media Esabod also made a video with a lady who resides at Oke Aja. I have the video. I have reported her to the Metropolitan Police in the UK. More than 10 times. I have reported to the Nigeria Police. We have done the same in the UK.

We must stop these women from Killing our people psychologically, emotionally and mentally. Why are they ignoring this woman? People are committing suicide because of what she’s doing to them. We have evidence of lives that she’s destroyed. Her ex-husband has a story to tell, what he went through.

We are doing well with The Abike Jagaban show. We have been able to give women back their voice through our No Cyber Bullying On Social Media. We have encouraged so many women. We have increased their confidence. We have taught them how to also deal with bullies. It’s a major issue. When you bully people you are domestically abusing them. Domestic Abuse is not only physical abuse. No. Verbal abuse is also domestic violence. She should be stopped. We should stop her. She was rude to the Ooni of Ife.

She threatened to hit Ooni. She has been threatening our royal fathers and politicians. She was rude to Oba Akintunde Akinyemi, the Eselu of Iseluland in Ilaro. All of us had to come out to speak on behalf of all these prominent people. She went ahead recently to dent the image of the woman of God and philanthropist, Dr. Abimbola Esther Ajayi. I had to come out to defend this woman. This is what this woman called Tokunbo Esther Aboderin alias Esterbod and her friends are doing to people abroad. We need the authorities to step into this matter and defend our people. This woman must stop threatening people.

Yes, I have been based in London for the past 10 years.
