A greedy man who used his wife for money by hiring her out to many men has been apprehended by the police. The man who made huge sums every month used his wife for prostitution.
A man in France reportedly 'hired out' his wife to 2,742 men for sex over a four-year period, a court heard yesterday. The 54-year-old man made £5000 a month by prostituting his wife to thousands of men.
His mode of business was to solicit for clients over the internet to have sex with his wife and he collects money. The attractive business which raked in thousands of pounds every month was used in running his family. The man who lived in Meaux, just north of Paris with his five-year-old child and 46-year-old wife he used for his pimping business.
It was revealed that he would wait in the family car outside their home while his wife met clients he had arranged over the internet. He was arrested by the police who believe the man exploited the wife against her will to make money.
Emmanuel Dupic for the prosecution said: "The husband exercised a psychological power over his wife, preventing her from stopping submitting herself to the sexual needs of customers who were sometimes very tough."
The man faces a criminal trial and could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted. He has been released on bail.
