A man was brought to court with a breathing tube in his neck after he was shot by a woman.

The woman of Kentucky, turned the tables on the man who was trying to rob her at knifepoint, by shooting him in the neck and buttocks with her own weapon.
 

Police released a video, showing John Ganobick stalking the woman by following her in a mall. He then entered the elevator of the parking area and continued to follow her.

Upon exiting the elevator, the woman, who was scared of Ganobick, ran to her car with, but he chased after her.

However, he quickly found himself on the receiving end of some rough justice when the unnamed woman pulled a gun from her purse and opened fire.

The woman told Louisville Police that she was afraid the man was going to rape or kill her as he held a knife to her. He slammed her head into an unknown object and demanded she hand over her money.

However, instead of getting the money the woman pulled the gun from her purse and shot Ganobick in the neck and back.

Ganobick, who was unable to breath, was rushed to the hospital.

He appeared in the courtroom wearing a breathing tube that is a reminder of the night he tried to mess with the wrong woman. Ganobick was charged with attempted murder, robbery and kidnapping.
