An Uber driver was arrested on a charge of murder for killing six people, blames the company for going on a killing spree, according court documents in Michigan.

45-year-old Jason Dalton of Kalamazoo, said that he went on a shooting spree, killing six people because Uber never invited him to corporate parties.

Dalton wants $10 million from Uber as compensation.

According to statements made by Dalton, Uber does not care about their drivers. He also claims that Uber discriminated against him because of his mental health.

Dalton is accused of shooting eight people, killing six of them.

He shot all his victims in a period of five hours while driving customers for Uber. Dalton told police that the Uber app had the ability to take charge of his body.

Dalton claimed that when he pressed a button on the screen of his phone, a cow's head with horns of a devil appeared and told him to kill people.

If convicted, Dalton faces up to life in prison. Dalton later claimed that he never filed the lawsuit.

The Kalamazoo police officers who went to check the handwriting on the court documents, said that it does not appear that the lawsuit was filed by Dalton.

They do not plan to open an investigation, but informed the FBI.
