A baby is suffering from a rare disease that makes him have sexual urges.

The 1-year-old boy is going through early puberty including the growth of facial and body hairs, and voice changes as well as having sexual urges like an adult. 

The baby’s parents of India, were growing increasingly concerned about their son’s behavior so they took him to a doctor in New Delhi, where he was diagnosed with a rare disease called “precocious puberty.”

Dr. Vaishakhi Rustagi, who works at the Max Super Speciality Hospital, said that the “boy’s testosterone levels are exceptionally high, as high as a 25-year-old man, and because of it, he began to experience physical changes.

Since he is very young, the boy is not able to understand what is happening to him when he experiences sexual urges.

Precocious puberty is a very rare condition, especially at such a young age. According to Dr. Rustagi, only one in 100,000 have this condition.

Dr. Rustagi said that it can be very traumatic for children with the disease because they are unable to express their feelings or understand what is happening to them.

“If these children are not treated, they become violent,” doctors.

Doctors will treat the boy with injections to block the effects of the excessive hormones on his body.

He will need the injections until he is 10 to 12 years old, the doctor said.
