Dog eat dog: Buhari Vs Obasanjo - Buhari and Obasanjo revisit PTF and Power Funds Ahead of 2019 Polls.

Politics is now dog eat dog industry in Nigeria as both military dictators are pointing deadly fingers at each other in a power struggle, war and mismanagement of resources ahead of 2019 polls. Past Military Dictators Alleged Funds Atrocities, Buhari, PTF N135bn and Obasanjo, Power project $16bn.  At this instance the military esprit de corps is lost; its envisaged that others are carefully studying the situation before sticking their heads out.

Upon return from his US trip, President Buhari started to open cans of worms, only outside his party, especially threatening allies.  Good news, the President is no longer sick and able to talk globally to regain trust,  stability, reliablity and be dependable in the re-election bid. This situation is getting sour, all about dog eat dog. Notably, when two elephants fight it’s the trees and grasses that suffer.

Researchers and investigators are dusting their shoes and folding their sleeves for a thorough investigation, while spectators are seating back enjoying their lyrics and watching punches.   Both are expected to defend the whereabout of the following resources:

  • President Olusegun Obasanjo $16bn Power Projects and

  • President Muhammadu Buhari N135bn Petroleum Trust Funds (PTF).

Buhari boasted “Let anybody come and confront me publicly in the National Assembly; some of them have been there for ten years. What have they been doing?”. “Anybody who claimed to be fighting for the country should not be misappropriating or misapplying the nation’s funds the way some people did.” A cross-section said “When Obasanjo was in support he was a saint. Now when he leads the coalition against the President, he has questions to answer. “Others said, “There are too many rotten eggs within the party and government enjoying loots because of they are for and not against.” Meanwhile, hiding under the canopy of broom change.

In a related statement, the Leader of the recently resurrected Buhari Support Organization (BSO), Rtd. Col. Hameed Ali and Comptroller General of the Nigerian Customs Service (NCS), reiterated on President Muhammadu Buhari’s statement, that Nigerians who often complained of hunger were lazy people; only expect manna to fall from heaven. It is not likely that all 2015 campaign loyalist, as they suffered abject neglect, now dispersed to emerging parties preparing for a showdown in presidential 2019 poll.
