The Ondo State Police Command has revealed that it has made more arrests in connection with a bank robbery that took place on March 26 in Owo.

Police Commissioner Isaac Eke confirmed on Mondat that the suspects were nabbed in Edo State, while police were still trailing suspects in Ondo State. The suspects, who allegedly attacked four banks and two police stations in Owo, caused the death of sic policemen and a bank robber.

Eke has revealed that seven of the fifty robbers involved in the operation have been killed, while one was arrested alive. The Police Commissioner has commended the army and other key role players in the success of investigations thus far.
