Nigeria - According to Mr. Wale Goodluck, the Corporate Services Executive of MTN Nigeria, reprisal attacks on multinational South African companies owing to xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa, will only result in monumental loss and setback for Nigeria's economy, Thisday reports.

He stated the need to douse emotions in Nigeria in other to avoid reprisal attacks on some targeted investments like MTN, Shoprite, MultiChoice in Nigeria, which he said, would have far reaching negatively impact on the Nigerian economy, owing to the companies' huge contribution to the economy of Nigeria.

"MTN and other South Africa affiliated businesses in Nigeria, join hands in condemning the attacks on foreigners in South Africa and this has to stop," Goodluck said.
