A lady Twitter user, Obianuju @Ada_mummyya, has accused the Commander of Anambra State Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), CSP James Nwafor of masterminding the disappearance (or possibly death) of her brother.
Taking to her Twitter handle, Obianuju said that CSP James Nwafor is a ‘beast that kills for fun and claims he’s untouchable’.
In a series of posts with hashtag #WhereisChijioke, She tweeted:
“Today, I found out @CspJamesNwafor the man responsible for the disappearance (or possibly death) of my brother is on twitter. This beast kills for fun and claims he’s untouchable.”
“@anambrastate_ and @GovObiano must stop protecting this man so he can pay for his crimes!”
“He claims that nothing can happen to him, he was responsible for dumping over 100 dead bodies of young men in the Ezu river at the borders of Enugu and Anambra in 2012. Had my father swimming in a river filled with dead bodies to see if he can find his son! #WhereisChijioke”
“This man denied ever arresting my brother and while my parents were leaving his office, they saw him being led in and my parents identified him immediately. This man ordered that my parents be pushed out of his “compound”. Why lie? #WhereisChijioke”
“The next day this animal tells them point-blank that he had killed my brother and that they should do their worst! My mum collapsed immediately and was rushed to hospital, this animal deserves death! #WhereisChijioke”
“The scam started from there, lots of people told us he was bluffing and that we should bring money, we sold lands to pay for his release and he kept upping the amount! We went to the commissioner of police Anambra state who said his hands were “tied”. #WhereisChijioke”
“The few people that ever left that cell said they saw my brother, we don’t know how true, we were willing to pay anything but this animal frustrated us, the human rights guys we met in Anambra (maybe works with him, I don’t know) scammed us too.”
In the concluding tweets, she vowed with her life that @CspJamesNwafor ‘must answer for her brother’s whereabouts one day’.
She also asked @anambrastate_ and @GovObiano to hands off and allow justice to prevail while CSP James Nwafor should answer for all the people he has killed in Awkuzu SARS.
She tweeted further:
“However as long as I live, this man must answer for my brother’s whereabouts one day! He must answer and that day will be soon. I won’t relent or rest. Dead or alive, he must give us answers. #WhereisChijioke

“Again I repeat, @anambrastate_ and @GovObiano should allow justice to prevail! Stop shielding @CspJamesNwafor ! Let him answer for all the people he has killed in Awkuzu SARS! Let him give account of his abuse of office and power!
Another tweep, Great Oracle @AbdulMahmud01, laid credence to Obianuju’s allegations.
While responding to Obianuju’s accusations, he tweeted:
“CSP Nwafor has blood on his hands. Those who disappeared under his watch while he supervised killings at SARS-Awkuzu deserve justice! Cc: @TonyOjukwuO”.

Also, Ochornma Promise, @PromiseOchornma, replying to @AbdulMahmud01 and @TonyOjukwuO, tweeted:
‘If you lived in either Anambra State or Delta State, between 2008 to 2017, you will surely might have had an encounter either directly or remotely with the killer squad called SARS that this man supervises.
I hope he pays for his crimes.”
It could be recalled that waves of national #ENDSARS Protests had raged across the country.
The protesters had demanded the abolition of SARS which is regarded by the citizenry as “a killer squad”.
Amnesty International recently accused SARS of extra-judicial killings which are yet to be accounted for.

“All what you are seeing on the social media are mere allegations and hearsay which are not admissible in law. Let them make a formal complaint with verifiable evidence to enable the Commissioner of Police direct for a discreet investigation please.”
Additionally, he stated:
“This report is full of vituperations rather than verifiable facts.”
