Ifeanyi Ubah, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN) reportedly survived an assassination attempt on him by unknown attackers.    

VANGUARD reports that a statement issued from Ubah's office confirmed the incident. The statement read, ''Our attention have been drawn to the above story published by some media houses today hence there is need to put things in the right perspective.

''We can confirm that the incident happened and it is a subject of intense investigation by security agencies to unravel those behind it and their motives. For that reason we shall give limited response for now in order not to jeopardize the on going investigation. We shall however give a detailed briefing at the appropriate time.

''This incident calls for a sober reflection and concern by all Nigerians about the safety and security of lives in the country. The fact that it happened in the Federal Capital Territory makes it more worrisome. We wish to thank our security agencies for their immediate response and actions. We also urge all to remember the victims in prayers''.
