Officers of the FCT Police Command have been deployed to Leads British International School grounds to carry out investigation into the reported cases of bullying.
A statement from the Police Public Relations Officer for the FCT Command, SP Josephine Adeh, disclosed that after videos circulating online showed students being bullied at the institution, officers were deployed to forestall the breakdown of law and order.
“In a proactive response to alarms raised by some members of the public regarding videos circulating on social media depicting the bullying of students at the above mentioned school, the FCT Police Command is on top of the situation and has deployed seasoned officers to the school premises for investigations and to forestall any possible breakdown of law and order.”
