Consequent upon deaths in Rivers and Ondo States linked to the consumption of this local Gin call Ogogoro, the Federal Government today announced that the Local drink is now banned.  The announcement came from DG of the National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control NAFDAC; Dr. Paul Orhii.
