The EFCC has given ex Niger Delta militant leader, Mr. Government Ekpemupolo, (Tompolo), one week to appear before them or be declared a wanted man.

The anti-graft agency according to Sahara Reporters, is currently investigating Tompolo for the fraudulent sale of land to the government last year worth N13 billion.

The Head of Operations at the EFCC, Iliasu Kwabai, had requested Tompolo appear before the Commission in November but he never showed.

Tompolo is now expected to appear at the EFCC facilities on Thursday, December 17th.
