Today, sitting with unmeasurable bitterness in my office as the citizen of Nigeria which I have total and absolute right to. I must also state categorically that I also hold an office as a bona fide indigene of indigene of ogun state. Before I dive so much into the river, I must clear the mind of people who might be thinking I decided to write because of political reason, I shomoye Abiodun have only one scar on my body, I got this lifetime autograph on the day Senator Ibikunle Amosun came for his campaign prior to the election that brought him in. For the first time in my life, I broke my parents’ order, left my house to see Mr Governor to be, just for me to meet the unfortunate incidence that gave me a lifetime autograph. I was a passionate fan of him, did all possible in my ability to spread his promises across to people, those that know me personally can testify to this. I am writing for the benefit of all and not for any personal benefit or recognition.

While writing this, I knew to myself that the possibility of you seeing this is so minimal, considering the way Ogun state governance has been made the enemy of social media that assisted immensely in securing your second term bid, issokay as people on the informal environment will say. An optimist doesn’t give up easily, that was why I decided to continue with my letter to you MR GOVSIA. Mr governor SIA, your elegant appearance with your gratuitous smile outside ogun state will give the outsider a very nice impression that you got everything under control in your state, it is called packaging but the ogun state insider knows that your appearance outside the state is just in negativity of the actual occurrence within your state of jurisdiction. Ogun state’s line of direction is currently in parallel line to development, if care is not taken, it shall remain so, which means ogun state and development might never meet under your watch. Writing this does mean I have lost all hopes in you, I still believe in your competency, I believe this is the time your competency needs to compete with pace for rapid development.

Mr GOVSIA, if you are not aware because of your newly inherited position as the junketer-general, let me inform you that, on the street of ijebu today December 10, 2015, we saw people carrying placards, protesting because of their deserved right. These people are not the Land Collectors, but rather array of emeritus professors, professors, readers, doctorate degree holders and the likes. Mr GOVSIA, outside the country these people are referred to as the development link, their research output is a major aid  to development. I hope my state is not planning on renaming them to be slave of government. How on earth should a state be owing staff p to “16 months”? if I may ask, are the commissioners ubder you being owe? No I guess, then what is our priority Mr governor?

Late 2011, I left the state, came back to the state to check on my parent early 2013, I was so happy seeing same structure of secondary schools from Obada to Yewa to Ado-odo/Ota. On getting home, with immense joy, I asked my parent, when will those building begins operation, “Very soon!” both parent replied. Mr GOVSIA, I have to commend your effort for finding ogun statee fit of having such magnificent environment of learning for high school students, what a welcome idea even though it is just there for standing sake. Its over three years now, we are still awaiting when the school will become educationally active. Within the same period Mr GOVSIA, the highly cash trapped osun state successfully built and began operating a much better and equipped secondary school but my own state is still snapping campaign pictures with the structures. MR Governor, campaign days are over.

Let me drop my pen now, I can’t predict how well you love reading in case you eventually gets to read this, so let me give you the compendious. Mr governor, the state you are serving currently houses millions of unemployed youths, kilometers of bad roads of world standard, dilapidated schools of learning, slums, are little I can mention so that I won’t de-market my state. If am not mistaking, those were part of your campaign promises, the days of campaigning are over, let the action speak. Mr GOVSIA, let me end with a line from our anthem, Omo Ogun Ise Ya, Gomina wa Ise Ya. Long live Ogun, Long Live Nigeria!!!
