Former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke, is not dead, family sources have said.
This is coming after the rumour of her death went viral on social media on Thursday.
According to the report, the former minister died of cancer in London and was being prepared to be flown back to Nigeria on Saturday from the United Kingdom, where she had been receiving treatment.
“The report is untrue. She’s alive and well,” a family source said.
