Mallam Nuhu Ribadu was the Action Congress of Nigeria ACN presidential candidate in 2011 general election, gubernatorial candidate of PDP in 2015 election in Adamawa state, a former anti corruption czar and the best person that headed the Economic Financial and crimes commission since it’s establishment. During the 2011 presidential election debate Ribadu performed Excellently and since then i became interested and impressed in his political passion, he knows the problem of Nigeria and has the capacity of taking the affairs of this country considering his track record in the Public service, at that very time I voted for Ribadu along with Hajiya Najaatu Mohammed as Senator kano central because of the belief I have in them of moving this country forward.

I was introduced to Ribadu yesterday afternoon by his media aide in person of Abdulaziz Abdulaziz a very diligent and intelligent person, a young intellectual and best journalist of our time, in Ribadu I have seen intelligence, kindness and humility, he gave us his time to discuss national issues, we took almost two hours discussing on the impact of information communication technology to our social development, the impact of inventing our local language on social media for the benefit of those in the rural areas, social media as a platform in which an ordinary citizen will voice out his mind has great advantage to our socio economic development, according to him our younger ones should be empowered in the area of innovation more especially on ICT in which we cited an example of young intellectual and expert in the field of communication technology Nasir Yammama. Ribadu has good blueprint and plans for Adamawa state, plans that will take Adamawa to greater heights unfortunately he lose the election to Bindow, from what i learnt of his plans for the land of beauty I can testify and say that Adamawa has lose a Governor, losing people like Ribadu at the mantle of the affairs of such an under developed state is a great lost not to the people of Adamawa but for the entire people of North East.

Also, we discussed about how he was committed to the fight against corruption when he was in office as EFCC chairman, Nuhu Ribadu is a brilliant personality indeed, he speaks more than an intellectual. I have never in my life see real humility like in Nuhu Ribadu, we take launch together, he shook my hand and that of my friend Biyora as if we are friends, we went to the mosque and pray together by insisting I should lead the prayer why because I am to pray Qasr, a prayer that is only permitted on a traveller.

In 2012 when I was reading Tambari a publication of daily trust, his wife Hajiya Zahra Ribadu was the personality of the week, I could could remember how she described her husband as a humble and kind person, today I have seen it in a reality, when she was asked about his best food she answered with Tuwo Miyan Kuka and today I have seen it because we have taken our launch with the said food.

One thing that make me impressed in this man is the love he has for the strong man of kano politics, he described kwankwaso as a patriot who has the zeal and wisdom of leadership, he saw him as a development advocate.

Meeting a personality like Nuhu Ribadu is what make my visit to Abuja an interesting one, I learnt and understand alot about this life and issues at stake, I am in Abuja for a dinner at Banquet Hall, I have never been to the villa, this is the first time but my visit to Ribadu was better and better than that of the villa.
