Pitiable Photos of Top PDP Chieftains That Have Fallen Sick After Indictment (See Images)

Most Nigerian public office holders have the culture of developing health complications after corruption indictments by the anti-graft agencies which many believe is a ploy to deter justice.

A social media user once joked that the Nigerian treasury is cancerous, which means you stand the chance of falling ill if you loot from the commonwealth. Former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki is indicted in the $2.1 billion arms deal scam is currently suffering from cancer with several pleas to travel out of the country for medical attention falling on deaf ears.

Former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Lamorde allegedly fell sick after being accused of siphoning the funds recovered from corrupt public office holders which was above N1 trillion.

Furthermore, the former Minister of Petroleum, Alison Diezani Madueke is seriously ill with cancer taking its toll on her health. Strong rumours have it that she played a key role in the alleged disappearance of $20 billion which is still a mystery till date.

Former Director General of the Amnesty Office, Kingsley Kuku who has cases of alleged financial crimes to answer has been battling with excruciating pains on his leg. In the same vein, former People's Democratic Party Chairman, Haliru Mohammed who was indicted in the Dasuki largesse is currently sick and attended his last court proceeding on a wheelchair.

Former NIMASA DG, Patrick Akpobolokemi who has been in court of late for fraud charges running over N34 billion according to the EFCC boss, Ibrahim Magu is currently walking on a clutch even though many believe he may be pretending to be in pains. The circumstances regarding the state of his health remains unclear.

Lastly on this piece is Namadi Sambo, the former Vice President to Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan who once travelled abroad for a surgery on his leg which was causing him discomfort. There is no crime case currently on Sambo's neck as he has gone quiet after the exit of his party from power at the federal level in Nigeria since May 29.
