WWE WrestleMania 34: John Cena Vs. The Undertaker And 5 Matches Primed To Overachieve

The Road to Wrestlemania is long, tough, and tiring, and not just for WWE superstars. GameSpot has been keeping you up to date with everything revolving around WWE's biggest event in 2018, Wrestlemania 34. This year's edition is coming to you from the Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday, April at 7 PM ET / 4 PM PT. Believe it or not, there are still tickets available for the event, with the cheapest going for $50 and the most expensive costing $7,350.

This year's card is extremely stacked, with 14 matches--including Cena/Undertaker--happening over the course of seven hours. One of the biggest pieces of news to come out of the lead-up to Mania is Daniel Bryan being cleared to return to wrestling, which led to him teaming with Shane McMahon to take on Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. In addition, John Cena has been begging Undertaker for a match at Wrestlemania 34 for the past month, and no match has been confirmed yet, but it's totally still going to happen, right?

Here's a collection of our biggest stories revolving around Wrestlemania to get you pumped up for the April 8 event. Make sure to come back to GameSpot for live coverage of Wrestlemania and individual full match recaps right after they air on Sunday.

With tickets on the verge of selling out, upwards of 70,000 fans will be in attendance for a lineup that has potential to make WrestleMania 34 one of the greatest events in the franchise's storied history.

While it is unlikely that every match will live past expectations, and several will be put in a disadvantageous position to succeed, there will surely be instant classics and unheralded overachievers when all is said and done in New Orleans.

John Cena continues to call out The Undertaker to no avail.

By not officially announcing Cena vs. The Undertaker, thereby leaving fans to salivate over how it will all go by, this has ironically become WWE's most hyped match on the card despite WWE not promising anything when it comes to the coveted clash. In fact, per storyline, time has run out and John Cena will enter WrestleMania as quite possibly the only fan in the building who also has a movie premiering this weekend.

WWE has built The Undertaker's return—one that could see him return as "The American Badass"—to such a fever pitch that fans will be extremely happy to see him, and these two past-their-prime vets will be able to ride that wave of momentum to a smart, memorable match sure to overdeliver.
