John Fashanu, a Nigerian soccer 'legend' has said his wife is trying to kill him after she allegedly caught him in bed with two women at the same time.

Abigail Onyekwelu is the wife of the retired former Wimbledon and England striker, and Fashanu says she picked up a knife and attacked him with it during a domestic dispute.

Currently, the couple are going through a bitter divorce - with his wife insisting that he cheated on her.

Meanwhile, she denies trying to kill him and accuses him of even sleeping with their maid. The drama will happen in Abuja.

The 48 year old woman said “Good riddance to bad rubbish! I’ve left him and washed my hands.”
