A top Presidency official has assured that the security apparatus of President Muhammadu Buhari is intact, adding that Security Chiefs are resolved to carry on in their collective resolve to fight organised crimes and Boko Haram insurgency.

According to the official who pleaded anonimity, the success  recorded by the military and other security agencies in the fight against Boko Haram and other organised crimes in the country is an indication of loyalty and unity in the nation’s security aparatus and they should therefore be encouraged to continue in that line.

The source said the level of sacrifices and committments on the parts of the military and security agencies should be commended so that they can be encouraged to do more for the overall protection of Nigeria.

“As it is today, the NSA holds the regular meetings with all the security chiefs or their representatives in attendance. There is no discord in the nation’s intelligence community and there will never be.

Anyone alledging that is only concocting something immaginary.

“Anybody who is trying to create problem where their is none is attempting to create disaffection in the cohesive security apparatus of the President as there is no friction at all.

“Nigerians and the international community should disregard any false information,” the source appealed.
