The leader of arewa youths forum AYCF, Yerima Shettima says Nnamdi Kanu & his followers are the cause of the quit notice they gave to igbos in the North.

He said the activities of Kanu & his group lead made the Northern youths to issue quite notice to igbos in the North.

Yerima stated this today when during a meeting the Igbo & Northern leaders held in Kano state

Meanwhile, the opinion of the Igbo leaders is that both group of youths have the right to be angry due to lack of employment in Nigeria.

They, however, warned that they should avoid trying to fix the country through violence, adding that they will continue to remain in Kano until the crisis is over
