His call to vie for office came from his consistent home visits, taking stock of all prevailing issues in the municipal, including taking donations, engaging students exchange program, provision of teaching aids and recreational kits to pupils’ schools across the municipal, introduction of micro-finance and community franchising. Also known for working with faith-based organizations, the clergy, rural youths and market women, National Union of Local Government Employees, Nigeria Labor Congress (NLC), Tradditional Rulers. Others are oppositions and opinion leaders, National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), widows and orphans, settlers and non-indigenes, small businesses and Community Based Organizations (CBOs). The municipal stakeholders are supportive; committedly raising funds and smartly working behind the masks with other groups.
Notably, he is in partnership with small scale agrarian companies, most important to him, for immediate emancipation, and empowering the entire municipal within 48 months is achievable, as a member of Federal House of Assembly. Mall. Ibrahim’s vision is to upgrade Kano municipal to New York standard, thereby, drastically cutting down crimes to the barest minimum, making the municipal alert-conscious, by installing tornado watch siren alert systems in every community to keep the municipal aware of eminent dangers.
He added, combatting uncertified chemist shops and clinics, drug misuse and abuses is an understatement because of this many years of international crime management and affiliations. Meanwhile, will put in place drug detox programs, centers and shelters for victims. Among his quarterly intent, is to bring free Hospital equipment, medicines, annually bring international medical teams to treat all illness in the municipals and its environs.

Worked at New York City Human Resources as a social worker and fraud investigator.
Because of his divergent exposure to better things and situations, Mall Ibrahim will be a multiple of blessings, to gainfully employ and empower over 15,000 women and youths annually for holding various positions and attending international fora, e.g. World Bank, United Nations, World Maritime Security, Security Management Conferences and International Monetary funds, seeking Agro and Allied Investments for Northern Nigeria. Consultant to small and medium scale and cooperative associations, building youth empowerment and franchising in North Central.
Mall. Ibrahim Garba Ahmed is a Kano indigene from Kano Municipal Local Government. He attended Kofar Nassarawa Junior Secondary and Government Technical College Wudil. He is yet to pitch tent with any political party as at now, may go independent. Meanwhile, he is among the first Nigerian Living Overseas heading out early for Federal House of Assembly.
