Popular Social media commentator, Kayode Ogundamisi has dropped his two cents on the on-going trending news, that the Nigerian Police has invited Senate President Bukola Saraki to answer allegations indicting him from confessions of Five (5) Gang leaders arrested for Offa Bank Robbery and Killings of thirty (33) Innocent persons.
According to Mr Ogundamisi, it was impossible for Mr Saraki to be a part of a bank robbery but suggests that it is a clear case of politically sponsored thugery. He said politicians across Nigeria keep selected gangs noting how some have graduated into full blown insurgents, kidnappers, armed robbers and hired assassins. Ogundamisi added that, they become uncontrollable and blackmail the government. Finally, he says he hopes that the political class learns a thing or two from this.
