My good people of Abia State,
This article is to remind us of what is at stake this weekend. Given the unexpected tide wind that blow past Nigeria, leaving a lasting `shock and awe ` on the South-South and South- East landscape. It is only prudent that we, the Diasporas refocus; beginning with being strategic with our political currencies. Being strategic should mean voting into public trust those people whose interest is in line with collective agenda.
My experience over the years of growing up in Abia led me to proclaim that it is high time, the people of Abia elect someone whose interest is in line with the peoples ‘agenda. That person is Alex Otti; the only candidate with action plan to rehabilitate Abia state from years of stagnation.
For real change in the right direction to happen, we in the diasporas must play our roles. We may not vote from the diasporas, but we can pick up our phones and call our relations like ; father, mother, sisters, brothers, cousins, nephews, nieces, brother in laws, father in laws, mother in laws, neighbours, community members, friends and well wishers who reside in Abia State and ask them to go out on April 11th, 2015 and vote for Dr. Alex Otti to engender the change they want to see in Abia state of Nigeria.
Ronald Reagan, an American president once instructed the Americans to vote status quo if they feel that they were better of than they were four years ago. My challenge to Ndi-Abia before they vote mirrors that similar sentiment and that is, `if you feel that your lives have improved in the past 16 years, vote status quo, but , if you feel that there are hopes in the horizon, vote Alex Alex Otti.
As an indigenous Abia State man, it pains me to report my experience from my repeated visits to Abia State over the past 16 years.

Worst governance in spite of the fact that Abia State is one of the " Oil Producing States" with Oil Subsidy
Compared to other Igbo States that are governed by A.P.G.A , like Anambra & Imo States Abia States `pales in comparism`. Anambra was governed by a non PDP, non federal party and yet, the road network and general governance are accountable.
If one were to rely on record; Anambra and Imo under APGA was better leadership for the people and much more accountable that PDP and or any other political party.
A review of all candidates’ records shows without a doubt that Dr. Alex the A.P.G.A. flag bearer in Abia this Saturday is the only candidate with Igbo agenda. Therefore, a vote for Dr. Alex Otti is a vote for ; prosperity, progress, good roads, good education for our children, better security, better infrastructures, clean environment e.t.c. vote dr. Alex Otti for a better Abia state. God bless abia state.
