Documents: See the N25bn Promissory Notes issued to Anambra allegedly squandered by Obiano

The attached documents shows the N25 billion Promissory Notes issued to Anambra State Government in two installments of ten and fifteen billion Naira.

Unfortunately, the state governor, Willie Obiano, ElombahNews gathered, has allegedly squandered the money even before its maturity.
