Governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC have faulted President Goodluck Jonathan's failure to pay civil servants wages in April.     

The APC Governors who spoke during a meeting with Muhammadu Buhari accused President Jonathan of ruining the Nigerian economy.

Addressing reporters on behalf of APC governors, Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state who is reportedly owing primary school teachers 13 month wages said, ''As it stands today, most states of the federation have not been able to pay salaries, even the Federal Government has not been able to pay their April salary and that is worrisome''.  

Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun state who is owing state workers over 6months wages was also at the meeting.
