Nigeria Newspaper reports that a serving Minister in President Muhammadu Buhari cabinet is HIV positive and women charge him heavily for sex.

Being HIV positive is not a crime, but the bad news is that the majority of wealthy sugar daddies, including politicians, are HIV carriers who have been happily infecting unsuspecting women.
