The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has expelled 20 of its members in Imo state for anti-party activities.
According to THE GUARDIAN, The decision to expel them was said to have been taken after an executive committee meeting of the party on May 4.
Those expelled include: two governorship aspirants, Jerry Chukwueke and Humphrey Anumudu, Senator Ifeanyi Ararume,Gibson Achonwa, C. Y Amako, Charles Amadi, Kingsley Onunuju, Ethelbert Okere, Jones Uzoka, Nkem Nwankwo, Independence Ogunewe, Nnamdi Obiaraeri, Bethel Nzimako, Celestine Uwakwe, J.C.N. Harcourt, Sunny Heart Ibe, Azubuike Ekwegh, Jeph Ojinaka, J. I. J. Njoku and Stan Nzekwe.
