Ministerial nominee Adebayo Shittu on Tuesday during his screening at the senate made some comments which won't go down well with most Nigerians.   

This has led to some people clamoring for his rejection by the senate. However he was told to bow and take his leave.

During the interaction with the senators he however made some comments on some issues most Nigerians will agree with:

1. 'One way to curb Youth Excesses and Restlessness is to get them engaged; Education is the way out.'

2. 'On Boko Haram; I want to assure the Senate that I do not consider them as Muslims. "The behaviour and activities of terrorists are indeed unislamic." 'You can't claim to be a Muslim/Christian and be killing innocent people who have done nothing to you."
