The Senate Committee Report That Stirred Controversy Over Amaechi (Documents)

The Nigerian senate yesterday rejected a report by its committee on Ethics and Privilege chaired by Senator Samuel Anyawu.

The committee had recommended that the Senate withdraw its confirmation on former governor of Rivers state Rotimi Amaechi of financial impropriety and corrupt enrichment while he held sway in the oil rich state.
